NARCA and CLLA Joint Program to Focus on Insurance

Washington, DC ? The National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA) and the Commercial Law League of America (CLLA) will hold a joint teleseminar on July 23. The 90-minute program will delve into the professional liability insurance challenges that collection lawyers face.

?Collection attorneys face increasing insurance premiums and changing coverage. Both NARCA and the CLLA want to ensure that our members have appropriate and affordable professional liability coverage. This program will provide a great deal of insight into the industry and give members the tools they need to secure quality coverage,? said Kevin Brosnahan, NARCA?s Executive Director.

The program will feature Gary Riek of the Charles Crane Agency, an insurance broker with 25 years of insurance experience, and Perry Silverman, a collection attorney and NARCA member, with a great deal of experience in the insurance industry. The program will take place Wednesday, July 23 from 1pm to 2:30pm eastern time.
