Executive Change: Jonathan L. Endman Named General Counsel of Account Control Technology

Endman has been named the company’s General Counsel. With over 10 years of litigation and arbitration experience, Mr. Endman will serve as ACT’s attorney at law and leader of the firm’s expanded Compliance Department, providing legal guidance and oversight to ensure all facets of the organization operate ethically, lawfully and within the company’s high standards.
