Concuity, Inc. Acquires Endoxy Healthcare Associates

HAYWARD, CA – Concuity, Inc., the leading provider of contract revenue cycle management solutions for the healthcare industry, today announced that it has acquired Endoxy Healthcare Associates. The acquisition, will add a broad range of complementary services to Concuity including additional account receivables management services, and implementation and integration expertise.

The addition of the Endoxy personnel will augment Concuity’s existing software and services offerings for improving bottom line results for healthcare organizations by identifying and correcting payer non-compliance issues in the contract revenue cycle. Concuity’s Revenue Recovery Services organization will be enhanced with the addition of the account receivables management personnel as a result of this acquisition.

Concuity CEO Robert Watson commented, “We see a strong and increasing demand in our Revenue Recovery Services product line, so this really is an ideal acquisition for our growth as a company. The Endoxy business model has long emphasized thorough understanding of client managed care contracts on the part of the Endoxy reimbursement specialists. Using this model, the staff has a demonstrated track record of solid success. This fits very well into the Concuity revenue recovery model. We believe that the value and service levels that we can now provide our growing list of clients is unprecedented.”

Joseph J. Pomis, President and Senior Partner at Endoxy, who will continue as Senior Account Manager at Concuity, echoed Watson suggesting, “What we bring to the table as one company is very compelling. Everyone agrees that perhaps the most important complementary service that Endoxy brings to Concuity and the market is the ability to expand Concuity’s Revenue Recovery’s unit to serve clients in the East and in the Midwest.” The suburban Chicago based unit consists of over 50 trained professionals in the accounts receivable management.
