Southampton, PA – Penncro Associates, Inc., today announced that it has hired Joe McGowan to fill the role of chief operating officer, effective April 1, 2004.
Mr. McGowan was formerly the Divisional CEO of U.S. Operations at NCO Group where he was instrumental in managing that firm?s growth from a small, privately held, local competitor into the largest accounts receivable management firm in the world. Joe?s inspired leadership helped to drive NCO?s success throughout the late 1990?s, as the firm went public in 1996, implemented numerous large contracts, and integrated more than a dozen acquisitions in the years following.
