Bank of China Selects JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank as Partners

Bank of China has largely finished its selection of foreign strategic investors, teaming up with JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank, the China Business News reported, citing sources close to the deal.

The newspaper also said Goldman Sachs and UBS are competing to be the third investor after the exclusion of HSBC Holdings.

China Construction Bank is also finalizing its decision on foreign partnerships after holding talks with Citigroup, GE Capital, ING and two other big unidentified financial institutions, the newspaper said.
