Unlike traditional skip-tracing products that require the contact search professional to analyze and sift through search results cluttered with excess data, ID SSN applies sophisticated logic to deliver refined search results, enabling a collections professional to work more efficiently. With the input of a social security number and name, ID SSN accesses hundreds of contact information data sources and determines the most likely phone number for the individual. In addition to the “best phone,” address info is also provided as are up to 10 other potential listings.

Searches may be performed via DirectoryNET’s easy-to-use Web site or by batch processing.
Because some of the data being accessed is limited for use based on regulated permissible purposes, ID SSN features built-in privacy compliance. Access to ID SSN requires selection from Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and Drivers Privacy Protection purpose menus. In addition, a security feature allows an administrator to control who has access to the service, as well as when the service can be used. It also allows limitation by IP address to prevent unauthorized use.
