Revenues increased 12% in the outsourcing segment of the business and 2% in the third party collections segment, compared to prior quarter, with EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) increasing 10%.

In 2002, D&B Receivable Management Services? revenue was up 8% over prior year and its EBITDA up 16.2%. The company has experienced strong EBITDA and compounded annual revenue growth of 25.2% and 18.9% respectively over the past five years.
Recent highlights include signing a joint marketing agreement with Intrum Justitia; and expanded investment in web-enablement, call centers, offshore capabilities and electronic billing and presentment.
