Bud Jordan joined Vertex in 2009 as Head of Consulting – North America. Bud’s 30+ year career has been focused on applying his skills in technology development and contact center consulting. Bud joined Vertex from Convergys where he was Vice President of Global Consulting Services. Other consulting experience includes stints at Accenture, Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers. In each of these firms Bud was instrumental in building and managing segments of contact center consulting clients and consulting staff.
