Mr. Morris was a founding member of the Debt Buyer?s Association and replaces Charles ?Chic? Natkins a partner in the Ohio law firm of Javitch, Block, Eisen & Rathbone, P.L.L. as his term in office concludes. ?Chic has done a great job focusing on membership growth while keeping a watchful eye on state and federal legislative issues as they pertain to our business,? Morris said, ?and as I see it, Chic will continue to have a very active role in the DBA.?
