Collection Agency Makes Third Acquisition this Year

Exton, PA ? AllianceOne announces the acquisition of The TCH Group, Inc. (?TCH?) of Toronto, Canada. The acquisition of TCH is consistent with the Company?s core acquisition growth strategy, which includes the identification and acquisition of companies whose expertise and/or market concentrations bring new or complementary opportunities to the company. With this acquisition, AllianceOne expands its outsourcing capabilities and concurrently enhances its near shore international offerings.

The Toronto based TCH Group is located in a 33,600 square foot facility that is currently configured with 400 state-of-the-art work stations. TCH operates as a full service accounts receivable company serving both US and Canadian clients. The Company provides both first party or outsourcing programs as well as post charge off collections. TCH?s clientele primarily consists of the financial community, government and student loan entities, and the retail sector.
