Wayne Carter has been named president of Hawkeye Adjustment Service. Carter has been a partner in Hawkeye since 1998 and recently became 100 percent owner of the business.
Founded in 1947 by Susan H. Smith and Mary K. Harder, Hawkeye Adjustment is one of oldest collection businesses in the Sioux City, IA area. Hawkeye is a member of ACA International and works in strict compliance with the Iowa Collection Agency Rules and Regulations and the Federal Debt Collection Practices Act.
