On July 15, 2002, ACA International (ACA) – The Association of Credit and Collection Professionals – launched its new Web site, www.acainternational.org.
Prompted by the associations name change from the American Collectors Association to ACA International in July 2001, this site is more user-friendly and information-packed than the previous site at www.collector.com.
With ACA International staff able to access the Web site directly, updates and breaking news can hit the site in real time helping users stay better informed about the changes that are happening in the industry and the association. In addition, navigation on the site is much easier thanks to a better menu system and more detailed search engine.
ACA International, formerly known as the American Collectors Association Inc., is the association of credit and collection professionals. Founded in 1939, ACA International has approximately 5,300 members, including third-party collection agencies, attorneys, credit grantors and vendor affiliates.
