Noble Systems Expands CCTS to the Global Arena in 2004

Atlanta, GA ? Noble Systems Corporation, a global provider of contact center technology solutions, announces the first international conference for the Contact Center Technology Symposium (CCTS). CCTS demonstrates best-practices and new technologies for contact centers, showing contact center professionals how to increase their productivity and reduce costs.

The Contact Center Technology Symposium is designed to show contact center executives how the use of technology can help them build program performance and lower operational costs. Noble Systems is taking the CCTS series to the global marketplace, following the success of its North American programs. Hosted by Noble Systems, the US-based CCTS sessions featured presentations by the ATA and Intel. The international conferences will also feature speakers from prominent industry associations and providers.
