The CRS Collection Resource System, Classic Version is designed for start-ups and small debt recovery businesses of six people or less. The Classic solution automates the fundamental, yet most important, functions of collection operations from new business data entry through month end processing. Classic?s major functions include new account processing including automatic client acknowledgements and custom dunning notices, collector contact management, automatic broken promise processing, payment processing, cash posting, collector productivity management, client status reporting, client remittance statements, and client analysis reporting.
The Platinum Version is designed for medium and high-end debt recovery businesses of 20 people and more. It offers all of the Classic features but includes some additional features such as collection strategies, aged client receivables, enhanced custom notices and acknowledgements, an internal collector messaging system, online archiving, and enhanced client set-up.
The ability to export any report on the CRS Collection Resource System, Classic and Platinum versions into an Excel spreadsheet or PDF file format
allows for the manipulation of data from reports for use in graphical mode as well accessibility to reports from the internet.
