Columbia Ultimate’s 2011 Art of Success Explores “Oceans of Opportunity” For Collection Industry

Columbia Ultimate, an expert in technology and integrated solutions for the collection industry, announced today its 2011 Art of Success conference will be held September 12-16 at the Hilton Hotel in Portland, Ore.

The annual client conference brings together professionals from collection agencies, healthcare and government organizations to build relationships and foster dialogue around key issues currently facing the industry. This year’s conference will feature enhanced content through a joint effort with the Columbia Ultimate Users Group (CUUG).

This year’s theme is “Oceans of Opportunity,” and sessions will take an in-depth look at today’s most pressing collection challenges and the industry’s future.  The sessions will also focus on the ever-changing tools and technology that can help agencies be more effective, as well as explore the many opportunities available to work smarter and chart a course toward greater success.
