Vengroff, Williams & Associates, Inc. Selects Top Image Systems to Streamline Cash Application

TEL AVIV, Israel – Top Image Systems, Ltd., a leading innovator of data capture solutions, announced today that Vengroff, Williams & Associates, Inc. (VWA), a global leader in the receivables management industry, has selected Top Image Systems’ eFLOW to streamline its business process outsourcing solutions.

Top Image Systems (TIS) provides automated data capture solutions that improve enterprise business processes. eFLOW Unified Content Platform, TIS’ leading software solution, integrates data from multiple sources and of different types, such as invoices, freight and shipping bills, purchase orders and others. TIS’ solutions seamlessly deliver the extracted data to enterprise applications such as document and content management, ERP or CRM.

VWA utilizes eFLOW to process large volumes of paper remittance advices and debit notices for its BPO customers. Once data is captured from paper and translated into electronic text, it is imported directly into VWA’s Deduction Management Operating System (DMOS). The data is also successfully integrated with customers’ varied ERP systems, including SAP, JD Edwards and Oracle, to automate cash application processing.

VWA will utilize eFLOW at its centers located in the United States, France, Spain, Germany, Holland, United Kingdom and Italy to support various deduction management outsource programs as well as cash application processing.

“We have already seen the results of eFLOW’s unique technological capabilities,” said Gabe Torek, Chief Information Officer of VWA. “It took an extensive evaluation process of examining several alternative solutions from a choice of companies and selecting TIS’ eFLOW. Its multi-page, multi-language, multi-country and multi-currency options provide us with the flexibility required in order to implement a single unified solution in all our locations across the world. Once fully deployed in all our offices globally, eFLOW will improve accuracy and save hundreds of hours of manual labor.”

“We are pleased eFLOW has been selected by VWA, a rapid-growing multinational company that is employing industry’s best-practice technology in order to better meet the needs of its growing customer base and reduce its costs,” said Ido Schechter, CEO of Top Image Systems. “We are convinced that VWA will soon realize the benefits of eFLOW’s distinctive approach towards invoice and related documents processing, along with TIS’ vast experience in implementing large and valuable systems in multiple locations across the world.”
