Diversified Collection Services Inc., a provider of debt collection services, is moving its headquarters from San Leandro to Livermore, where it will occupy a 24,500-square-foot office building in the North Canyons Business Center.
The lease on the 10-building complex is worth $3 million and will run for 87 months, or slightly more than seven years. Mark Triska of Colliers represented Diversified Collection and Dave Bruzzone, with Chamberlin Associates, represented the lessor, Reynolds & Brown of Concord.
“Livermore continues to be a receive city for companies who want to have a Bay Area presence but have operations elsewhere in California,” Triska said.
