The company is a leader in the customer friendly collections arena specializing in Utility, Medical, and Cellular collections.
Americollect partnered with Schenck SC to perform the extensive audit focusing on the company’s security, availability, processing integrity, and confidentiality. This type of audit establishes that Americollect takes all the necessary steps to safeguard client and consumer information.

Casavant, Director of Call Center Operations at Americollect, Inc. said about the audit process, “We learned that we were doing a lot of things right, but it made us improve our documentation and internal communication; having to explain your processes to an outsider helps you look at things as if you were walking through the door for the first time yourself.
