U.S. Collection Agency Opens Second Site in India

Global Vantedge Inc. (GVI), a receivables management company headquartered in California and with its operations center in Delhi, India, opened its second site on August 16, 2004, also in Delhi. The site has currently been built-out with 400 work stations, and is scalable up to 1,000 work stations. It was inaugurated by the company CEO, Dennis Sholl and President & Country Head, Rakesh Kumar.

The second site has been strategically set-up in close proximity to the current site. It will help meet the capacity needs both for existing and new clients, with the same management focus. The plan is to have the new site dedicated to first party collections and work all third party recoveries processes from the existing site.
