Lisa has over 23 years of human resources experience that includes previous industry experience. Prior to joining The Outsource Group, Lisa was Vice President of Human Resources for Ventus Capital Services, a receivables management company, and was responsible for building and leading the human resources, payroll and training functions. Lisa launched and managed a successful human resources consulting practice for over 15 years prior to joining Ventus. Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Missouri, as well as numerous certifications within the field.
