Jim has been in the credit and collection industry since 1969. In 1977, he bought Central Collection Service, which was operating with three employees and five clients, and renamed it J.C. Christensen & Associates. In 2003, he formed Array Services Group as a holding company for JCC, ProSource and CareCall to better leverage services. Today, as CEO of Array, he directs a family of companies that services more than 500 clients and includes over 320 employees.
