GE Healthcare and Global Works Partner on RCM Solution

Global Works Systems, Inc., a leading provider of software and service solutions to users of premium healthcare systems, announced a partnership with GE Healthcare to provide a complete solution for outsourcing patient statements produced by GE’s Centricity Business Solution (formerly IDX Flowcast).

The combined solution provides their joint clients with "Patient Friendly" statements, integration with the GE Centricity Business Solutions (formerly IDX Flowcast), bulk mailing and reduced operational costs. Clients using the tool say that the easy-to-read statements clearly identify patient obligation, and facilitate faster payment. The reduction in customer service calls has enabled many clients to reallocate resources.
