IBS Completes CARM-Pro Implementation at First National Bank of Alaska

New London, NH ? Intelligent Banking Solutions completed implementation of its 25th client on the ITI core banking system this week when First National Bank of Alaska went live on CARM-Pro.

IBS president and co-founder Rob Daley said bringing First National Bank of Alaska on board was a significant event, and being the 25th ITI institution for IBS turned it into a milestone event. “We are obviously both proud and pleased to have FNB Alaska up and running the CARM-Pro system,” Daley said, indicating that the complexity and extensive requirements were challenging. “But our staff and technology rose to the demands.”

Nearly every person at IBS was involved in one phase or another of the First National Bank of Alaska implementation. “Our conversion and implementation team was put to the test with this install,” Daley said. IBS also looks forward to working with the technology team at FNB of Alaska in bringing new enhancements to the IBS customer family. This includes one major new product feature ? RefreshNow real time functionality which is now active in Summit Information System core environments and soon within ITI ? and one product spin-off, CARM-Web, which is in beta testing.

Currently, IBS has more than 1,200 individually licensed users of its Collections Management System and Asset Recovery Manager, and its new CARM-Pro system, at about 300 institutions in 45 states and the District of Columbia.
