Creditors Interchange Announces the Opening of Two New Call Centers

Creditors Interchange (CI), a top national receivables management services corporation, whose client partners include the top credit card issuers in the United States as well as other nationally recognized companies, is proud to announce the February 2005 opening of two new call centers.

The first call center location in Las Vegas, Nevada was chosen in order to service CI?s clients with Nevada based accounts and to increase their West Coast presence. The second call center which is located in St. Catharines, Ontario was chosen due to it?s proximity to the Western New York Region where CI maintains their corporate headquarters and to act as a sister office to CI?s Fort Erie, Ontario call center.

Bruce H. Gray, CI?s President and CEO who has been coordinating the company?s overall expansion states ?We believe both offices will play a significant role in the continued success of CI and our ability to provide our client partner?s with above average results and service. In both instances CI will benefit from a skilled workforce, and the new employees will benefit from our highly competitive compensation plan, benefits package and productive workplace atmosphere. As in Buffalo, in our other satellite offices located throughout the United States and Canada, we will become the employer of choice for collection professionals in both areas.?
