Mr. Hal Weinerman is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles and has been involved in the collection agency industry since 1963. During the last forty plus years, Hal’s background positions include that of collector, collection supervisor, salesman, agency Vice President and President. In 1977, Hal formed a partnership with Gene Grossblatt and incorporated GRANT & WEBER. He has served as GRANT & WEBER’s President since its inception and is responsible for developing what has proven to be one of the most respected and well known collection agencies in the United States.
