“This award is consistent with our Government Services strategy of helping clients manage unique challenges by using ChoicePoint’s customized data delivery capabilities,” said Rob Russell, ChoicePoint Government Services assistant vice president for strategic development, based in Washington, D.C. “This contract demonstrates the government’s continued confidence in ChoicePoint’s abilities to provide them with critical solutions beyond the traditional public records environment.”

Batch processing involves the automated delivery and processing of data files, which reduces the need for human intervention and provides customers the ability to generate relevant information on large populations of subjects in a timely fashion. More than 25 federal agencies use ChoicePoint batch solutions to support their daily activities.

ChoicePoint has been a primary provider of services to governmental and law enforcement agencies for several years. The company’s recent acquisition of EzGov® Inc.’s Americas and Caribbean businesses bolsters its ability to develop customized batch processing and data delivery solutions to the government community.
