Six new clients signed up in September to make the popular IBS collections and recovery system the default system for tracking and collecting on delinquent accounts, announced IBS president and co-founder Rob Daley.
The new clients bring the total for this year to 27, Daley said, including two non-traditional institutions and gives IBS a total of 239 client institutions in 37 states.
?Our targeted, low-key, theme-driven marketing efforts over the past year have helped us move into new markets and capture greater response from institutions within our primary market area,? Daley said. The company has made a concerted effort to target regions, states and specific areas within states economic trends and conditions indicate a potential need for the IBS debt management system.
Currently, IBS has more than 1,000 individually licensed users of its Collections Management System and Asset Recovery Manager. The company has recently begun rollout of derivative collections products for targeted markets; these include the Agency Collections System for collection agencies, legal, university, and other collections office environments; CU-Collect for smaller size credit unions and CMS-Standard for smaller size banking institutions.
