IRVINE, CA ? Vengroff, Williams & Associates, Inc. (VWA), A global leader in the receivable management services, today announced it has entered into an agreement to provide receivables solutions to manage the Domestic receivables for Microsoft?s Xbox Division. The transfer took place on July 1st and is being managed out of VWA?s Reno office.
?VWA?s flexibility, Industry reputation, and willingness to set up a dedicated operations center close to Microsoft were the major factors in the decision making process,? said David Kaminsky, Worldwide General Manager of Credit and Collections for Microsoft.
The acquisition of this project will create 27 new positions within the Reno location with extensive room for expansion. The VWA executive?s selected to manage the facility has experience in managing similar operations in the US and Europe.
