Little Rock, Ark.-based Acxiom Corporation (Nasdaq: ACXM) has expanded its consumer and business data assets and marketing capabilities within small and medium business (SMB) markets through the acquisition of MKTG Services, Inc., an affiliate of CBCInnovis.

The acquisition pairs Acxiom – a global leader in customer information management and technology – with MKTG Services, which has 35 years of direct marketing data compilation and marketing services experience. MKTG Services’ key areas of expertise include marketing solutions for credit risk, bankruptcy identification, turn-key marketing systems, data sales and data processing services.
