ID Plus Express WEB is a Web-based, electronic directory assistance (EDA) platform that utilizes multiple people identity databases. ID Plus Express WEB also has enhanced search features including provider and locality. All searches, other than social security number searches, use a commercial telco supplied data (TSD) database to find or verify white page information with a variety of search types.

ID Plus Global provides Web-based access to international directory assistance information, at a significant savings compared to operator-assisted international listing requests. Customers can now search for residential and business listings in 24 countries. ID Plus Global is used by those who require instantaneous access to the most current international address and telephone information available. Customers include collections professionals looking to locate debtors residing outside the U.S., and global businesses searching for directory assistance listings in countries outside the U.S. where they do business.
About ID SSN
ID SSN is DirectoryNET’s new search product that uses the inputs of social security number and name to return the best phone number associated with that input. The data comes from a comprehensive people search database that includes hundreds of data sources. Because some of the data being accessed is limited for use based on regulated permissible purposes, ID SSN features built-in privacy compliance. Access to ID SSN requires selection from Gramm- Leach-Bliley Act and Drivers Privacy Protection purpose menus. In addition, a security feature allows an administrator to control who has access to the service, as well as when the service can be used. It also allows limitation by IP address to prevent unauthorized use.
