Collection Law Firm Javitch, Block & Rathbone Adds Seventh Office

In keeping with their geographic growth strategy, Cleveland-based Javitch, Block & Rathbone (JB&R) will open their seventh office in January 2012, this one in Brentwood, Tennessee.  JB&R is headquartered in Cleveland and has offices in Columbus and Cincinnati Ohio; Indianapolis; Dallas; and Westover, West Virginia.  JB&R has grown regionally by recognizing and meeting client needs in underserved geographic locations which can be readily incorporated into existing systems and operations.

JB&R’s practice is concentrated in the area of creditor representation with primary representation in collections and insurance subrogation.  The collections practice includes recovery of all types of debts: credit card, installment loans, taxes, student loans, rent, commercial accounts receivable and purchased debt.  The Insurance subrogation practice includes recovery of insured and uninsured auto and property claims.
