Contract Callers, Inc. (CCI) announced today that Jack Engel has joined the company to further expand their accounts receivable and outsourcing portfolios in the telecommunication and cable verticals.  Jack is very well known within the collections space and comes with a wealth of experience within the industry; having spent the majority of his career working for OSI in senior operational capacities. As CCI continues to expand into new markets, Jack can continue his success.

Having worked in the industry for more than 30 years, Jack brings an excellent record of achievement and extensive knowledge of the industry to the Company. He began his career as a collector and worked his way through multiple functions of operations, ultimately maintaining executive leadership positions at several organizations. Having worked the majority of his career in operations, Jack provides a unique and valuable insight to our client needs.
