Centene Corporation announced the appointment of Edmund E. Kroll as Senior Vice President, Finance and Investor Relations. Lisa M. Wilson, Centene’s current Senior Vice President, Investor Relations, will resume her role as a healthcare investor relations consultant to Centene.
Michael F. Neidorff, Centene’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, stated, "Over the last several months, Lisa has expressed her desire to return to operating her investor relations company, In-Site Communications, Inc. In this capacity, Centene will continue to be one of In-Site’s anchor clients. This relationship is very valuable to us, and we honor Lisa’s decision to pursue her entrepreneurial interests."
