Closely held DataTreasury Corp. said on Wednesday that it had agreed to settle a patent infringement lawsuit it had brought against JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Under the terms of the settlement, DataTreasury said it had granted JPMorgan a license to use the patents involved, for image capture, processing and electronic storage of documents and checks.
