Finance Express Announces the Acquisition of Global Credit Services, Inc.

RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA – Finance Express, LLC, which operates the first online auto finance platform specifically designed for the independent dealer, today announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire Global Credit Services, Inc., an auto technology company located in Orange County, California. The acquisition will provide new enhancements to the existing FEX system by incorporating a CRM program, inventory uploading and Buy Here Pay Here capability. Most of the features will be introduced to current Finance Express dealers before the end of next month.

David Huber, the President of Finance Express, said, “We are excited about the implementation of these new features into our system. Although we believe the FEX system is the best auto finance platform available on the market, we are always striving to make the best even better. After the integration of an accounting program later this year, we will be the only system available in the independent auto industry that includes all of the elements that were previously available only to the franchise dealer.”
