DANTOM Systems’ team donated 170 toys and more than 500 pounds of food during recent holiday fundraisers.

“Given the difficult conditions for many in the metropolitan Detroit area, our team wanted to help make this a bright holiday season for all,” said Tim Schriner, president and CEO of DANTOM. “I am so proud of the generous spirit displayed by our entire team.”

Toys are being donated to Toys for Tots and were provided by employees. Funds to purchase additional toys were raised by offering casual for a cause days throughout the month of December. Office staff could wear jeans to work for $1 per day. The team also contributed more than 500 pounds of non-perishable food items that were donated to Gleaners, a community food bank.

“No child should experience the holidays without a new toy,” said Jon Balon, business analyst for DANTOM and toy drive volunteer. “As a new father, I am passionate about making this a great holiday for every child and am grateful that our entire team caught the vision.”

Presents ready to be distributed.
