LAS VEGAS – Global Links Corp. (GOBC) announced today that it has entered into an agreement to sell Global Links Card Services Inc. (GLCS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Links Corp. to PTS, Inc. (PTSN). Final terms of the transaction will be disclosed on or before January 15, 2005. Global Links Corp. will record a profit in excess of $300,000.00.
This transaction will allow Global Links Corp to focus directly on core business goals, which include real estate information services and real estate development projects.
