MicroBilt Corporation Expands Market Share Through Acquisition

KENNESAW, GA – MicroBilt Corporation, a leading online provider of credit information announced today the acquisition of Profit Systems Software, a provider of credit report retrieval software. The acquisition increases MicroBilt’s client roster by Profit System’s 19,000 clients and integrates this customer base into MicroBilt’s CreditCommander.com product line.

MicroBilt, a leader in the credit data market since 1978 with over 50,000 clients, plans to offer enhanced credit retrieval services to Profit System’s clients enabling them with internet access to all credit bureaus plus additional information sources such as skip tracing, public record confirmations, identity verification and employment screening. The acquisition is part of MicroBilt’s continuing strategy to gain additional market share in the credit information market and offers Profit System’s clients a single comprehensive interface to use in decision-making and risk management.
