RMI Consulting LLC (RMI), an accounts receivable management firm with offices in Houston, TX, and Philadelphia, PA has announced the acquisition of W.E. Shelley & Associates, Inc. The transaction closed on June 15, 2009.
Marc Davenport, President of RMI stated, “This transaction significantly increases RMI’s national footprint particularly within the Washington, DC – New York corridor”.
