ARM firm ConServe announced today that as a direct result of Brandon’s exceptional performance in the capacity of interim Vice President of Operations for the last six months, he has been named the official Vice President of Operations.

As the Vice President of Operations, Brandon is responsible for overseeing the operations on ConServe’s contracts with the U.S. Department of Education and the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Guarantee Agencies, Private Loan lenders, and Colleges and Universities. Further, Brandon acts as the Project Sponsor for the current upgrade of the ConServe Collection Management System to the FICO® Debt Manager™ 9 collection platform.

In his new role, Brandon’s critical thinking capabilities, effective communication skills, and insightful and valuable contributions will be instrumental in developing a customer service-oriented culture with unparalleled results for our Clients.

An ACA-certified collection specialist with over 10 yrs. of experience in the collections industry, Brandon brings substantial capabilities, acumen and knowledge to the position.

Brandon joined ConServe in 2007 after having held various management positions on U.S. Department of Education contracts at both NCO and iQor. Brandon attended the State University of New York at Buffalo where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Finance/Marketing. Brandon’s skill set and expertise in the industry, in conjunction with his championship team of colleagues, will undoubtedly provide a winning combination.
