John H. Gillard has joined Account Solutions Group, LLC (ASG) as senior vice president/director of operations. In this newly-created position, Gillard?s responsibilities will combine hands-on management of ASG?s staff of nearly 700 associates, in addition to strategic business development.
Gillard?s background is a blend of corporate and entrepreneurial experience. For 11 years, he was employed by GE Capital Services (GECC), a worldwide, multi-billion dollar credit card receivables company. Within GECC, Gillard held positions as vice president of business center operations in Atlanta, GA and business center manager in Lenexa, KS.
In addition to employment with GECC, Gillard established his own consulting firm, Aspen Business Solutions, specifically assisting the financial services and collections industries. Gillard?s experience has also included the development and marketing of collection industry software.
