Chuck’s thirty-plus year financial services career began as a CPA with KPMG Peat Marwick, serving banking, insurance and other financial services clients, and has continued in various corporate audit and financial executive roles. Since 2000, he has served as the CFO of the companies comprising Array, and since its formation in 2003, as Array’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
