Mr. Cappa is responsible for the operational performance of all NARS locations, both domestic and international overseeing all aspects of Contingency, Outsourcing, Debt Purchasing, Teleservices, and Customer Care. Prior to joining NARS, Mr. Cappa was an Operational Vice President for a full service call solutions provider in Montego Bay, Jamaica for 3 ½ years. Mr. Cappa has enjoyed over 16 years of senior level, collection management experience with specific proficiencies in the banking, governmental, educational, and telecommunication industries.
