MSB General Counsel Named Texas MAP State Chair for ACA International

Gila, LLC, through its business unit, Municipal Services Bureau (MSB), is pleased to announce that Lee Rigby, its General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Compliance, has been named Texas MAP State Chair by ACA International.

The MAP (Members’ Attorney Program) is a division of ACA International created to enable attorneys who practice in the credit and collection arena to better represent their clients through a number of resources designed to assist them in their practices.

“Lee is a tremendous asset to the Company, and his service to ACA proves his commitment to fostering an environment of both ethical and legal business practices for the Company,” said Bruce Cummings, CEO of MSB. Mr. Rigby currently leads the Company’s Human Resources and Compliance divisions, as well as coordinates all litigation for MSB’s clients.
