Buffalo Business First is reporting today that the law firms of Horwitz & Ilecki and Goldstein Bulan & Chiari will merge to create what company officials believe is the largest debt collection law firm in the Buffalo, NY area.
The new firm will be called Bulan Chiari Horwitz & Ilecki LLP and is expected to make its debut on August 1.
