Automated Collection Services, Inc. (ACSI), a national accounts receivable management company located in Nashville, Tennessee, has announced it has won first place in performance rankings for student loan guarantor clients Tennessee Student Assistance Corporation and Colorado College Assist for the third quarter of 2012.

“We value our clients and understand competitive performance is how we are measured. Our staff deserves the credit for this winning streak,” said Rob Duffy, CEO of ACSI

This quarter saw ACSI outperform the competition for the Tennessee portfolio in nearly every performance category, while delivering a rehab recovery rate more than 40% greater than the competition. This stellar performance is not unusual for ACSI; the company has ranked as the top performer on the contract for 31 out of the last 36 months, or 86% of the time.

For College Assist, ACSI continued to perform at a high level beating the competition in a similar fashion.  Of note is the 45% greater return in the rehabilitation category than the next-ranked competitor.  ACSI has a winning streak of placing first every month dating to May 2010.

“We are a competitive organization and take pride in excellent results.  We also understand we have to continually improve our processes to maintain this level of performance,” said Don Taylor, President of ACSI.

For nearly 25 years, ACSI has been a leading provider of collection services to the higher education community, primarily serving student loan guarantors.  ACSI’s national headquarters is in Nashville, Tennessee, where it also provides medical and retail debt collections.  Licensed nationally, ACSI is Professional Practices Management System (PPMS)-certified through ACA International.
