Lance joined the company in 2008 and has 18 years of experience in collections, the financial services industry, and related fields. Lance is an accomplished Manager with a proven ability to strengthen collections and profit margin, while building client relationships. He has extensive experience in opening, cultivating, and transitioning first and third party collection call centers. Having started out as a collector and later serving in senior management and Vice President roles, Lance provides detailed insight and knowledge of the collection industry from the ground up. His background includes a primary focus on third party bankcard and recovery services and also includes state and municipality, first party, student loans, retail, and medical collections. Throughout his career, he has had extensive training in management, relationship management, and human resources. He has also developed and taught industry related courses in appropriately assertive collections, overcoming objections, and FDCPA compliance.
