Kaulkin Ginsberg Announces the Sale of O’Currance Teleservices, Inc. to Fusion BPO Services Group

Kaulkin Ginsberg is pleased to announce the sale of O’Currance Teleservices, Inc., a portfolio company of Riverlake Partners. O’Currance is one of the leading providers of direct response marketing telesales services in the U.S. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Kaulkin Ginsberg, the leading M&A and strategic advisor to the outsourced business services sector, initiated the transaction and advised Riverlake Partners.

Founded in 1994, O’Currance is based in Draper, Utah and currently supports over 300 employees.
