Mr. Zimmer (43) was appointed CFO for Lindorff Group AB in May 2009. Frederik Zimmer was previously a senior partner and CFO of Oslo-based Cardo Partners, an independent strategy consultancy and financial advisory company which he co-founded in 2002. Mr. Zimmer is a Norwegian citizen and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder (USA), and an MBA from INSEAD. Prior to co-founding Cardo partners, he worked for The Boston Consulting Group and for the engineering and construction services company Kværner. He has served on several boards, and is currently a board member of the Helly Hansen Group.
