Omega TechnologySolutions, LLC today continued on its path of aggressive growth by creating and announcing an outside board of advisors.
One of its newest members is Mr. Robert S. King. Mr. King is the Managing Director and founder of Five Prime Advisors, LLC, an M & A advisory firm with offices in New York and Dusseldorf.
His practice focuses on the medical technology and life sciences industries. Mr. King has spent his career providing cross-border M & A and strategic advice to U.S. and European corporations and financial buyers at several Wall Street firms. Since 1990, he has been involved in over 70 transactions.
Mr. King completed doctoral coursework in International Economics at the University of California, holds an M.A. in Economics from the University of San Francisco, where he was subsequently a lecturer in Economics, Finance and Statistics, a B.A. in Biology from the University of California, and a B.A. in Spanish Literature from Creighton University, where he was a Jesuit Humanities Scholar. Mr. King is a member of the Alliance for Science and Technology Development at The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, a 15-member committee of industry and finance executives appointed by the Dean of the School of Medicine to evaluate the commercial potential of technology created in the laboratories and clinics of Johns Hopkins.
